After my Son bought 2 x chargers from this shop. One charger was for his iPhone & One was for his Apple Smart watch. Both chargers were cutting out & making his phone & watch play up. He took the items back to their Newton Abbot shop only to be told that the two shops were not connected with each other which we later found out to be lies. We went back to their Teignmouth Shop where we were delt with by the owner who argued as to the Validity of my sons complaint. This is where I came in to verify my sons complaint, after telling him we would report this to Trading Standards under the Consumer Protection act. He refunded one of the chargers & we agreed to pay for an upgrade to the other charger that also ended up being Faulty. My son took the faulty item back to their Newton Abbot shop only to be told that the two shops were not connected with each other again, after my son pulled the young lady up as to her lies she rang the boss & rudely spoke in a foreign language so my Son could not understand what was being said, the boss finally agreed to give my son a refund.
Please beware of buying sub-standard non-genuine items from these shops as you may end up damaging your phone or even worse end up having a fire while charging your phone.
This has now been Reported to Trading Standards.

I was at a loss decided to bring my phone to phone solutions they were very helpful and prompt with fixing my phone at a good price I was so happy as I retrieved all my data too

Unfortunately my batterie has swelled due to over charging this lifted my screen my phone was fixed and batterie changed phone working great agin

I was also handed a complimentary phone to still enabled me to run my business and keep in contact with my clients thank you phone Solutions

Went in on Monday to have my phone unlocked, The man at the desk told me no problems and asked for a prepayment of PS25 and that it would take around 48 hours and that I should get a phone call when done. By Thursday I heard nothing so went in store and asked if it had been done, but he immediately handed me back my PS25 and said it was too difficult to unlock, he said he had phoned me the day before, which he had not. Waste of time.
