My daughter recently purchased a phone from them which was very good value and they were very professional so me and my husband bought phones from them as they offered the best prices, 1 year warranty and good deal on accessories depending on which model you go for whereas as other phone shops offer limited or no accessories.

Apart from good quality phones and best prices they are also very friendly and professional. Sandeep and Sunny both helped us a lot by staying behind their shifts to help us with our data transfers. I remember when we purchased from someone else they did the transfer but and then deleted without us checking whereas phone solutions gave us time and new and old phone for a day to check and then return when satisfied with the transfer

I highly recommend them and will continue dealing with them in future.

After coming with high hopes that i would get a high quality screen repair on my phone, i was disapointed. I payed 65, and it only took an hour, but in three days time the screen started to lift up. As i live 10 miles away from here i couldent go to get it fixed, via warrenty. So by the time i whent there were already cracks from the weak/cheap screen, so as a result the repair person said that it was due to the cracks and dropping the phone that the screen lifted up.SO BECAUSE OF THE POOR QUALITY OF REPAIR, ITS MY FAULT, THAT THE SCREEN LIFTS UP, AFTER “DROPPING,and CRACKs.If you cant gamble PS60+ on doggy repairs i beg you do not come here. I have used separate acounts from the name which bought the repair. And i am fully aware that phone solutions is the most doggy repair shop in loughborough.

I went in yesterday in an absolute state after dropping my phone, causing the screen to stop working at all. They helped me get and set up a cheap nokia so i could get in contact with my parents. I went back later after my family decided fixing the phone was the best idea, as it is an s20 so not that old. It was done in an hour and the man behind the counter but a screen protector on it for me. They were incredibly kind even when i was likely difficult to understand when i was in a panic and were so fast i was able to get back to lectures before they ended!. I will be back again if i ever break my phone again!
