If I could give them 0 stars I would. I took my sons tablet in for a screen replacement on Monday 24th April 2023. I was told it needed to be sent to a lab for the work to be done. They told me it would be ready for collection on the Wednesday. I arrive there on the Wednesday, to be told actually it would be Friday. I called on Friday to check if it was back and was told it would be the following Tuesday as there had been a post delay. I checked in with them on the Tuesday, and was told it had been sent to the wrong shop, and it would be back on Thursday. It finally arrived back to the shop on Friday, nearly two weeks later, however it had not even been repaired. I have no idea what they did with it for nearly 2 weeks, but I am back to square one. Lie after lie, excuse after excuse. Avoid this shop at all costs!!
Tried to get my iPhone 14 battery replaced they offered PS170 for a non Apple battery whereas other places were PS45. They were trying to claim the battery was official however when talking over the radio to each other they were saying how it wasn’t. Scam
Great service. Sreen replaced in 20min and for cheaper price in town. Face is working great. What in other places been told to forget about or pay higher price. Absolutely recommend!!!!
