Had my screen replaced via insurance with them. I did asked if the phone remains waterproof and i was told “we use the recommended glue, but we don’t guarantee full waterproof”. Which sounds to me that the phone can’t be submerged in water, which i wasn’t planning on doing anyway.
Few months later, i get caught in the rain while in holiday, pull the phone out to use the torch for 30sec, lost touch screen that night and whole screen went black the next day.
Had to pay PS250 to get it done so i can get back home from Bulgaria…
I contact them and was told to contact my insurance…not even an apology.

I had my screen replaced after I dropped it, and Wiji sorted it out within an hour and also put a screen protector film on. The customer service and professionalism from him was brilliant. I had a problem with my film so I went back and Gagan quickly replaced it and no bubbles! Exceptional customer service and would definatly recommend. I would go back in the future for any issues with my phone. This place is brilliant, customer focused, and know exactly what they are doing! Reasonable prices, too!
Having issues with your device is never a good thing! Luckily the team at Phone Surgery Uxbridge were able to sort my phone out within 90 minutes after dropping it off. After the repair the complete a quality control to make sure everything else was working fine. Overal a great and fantastic customer service and experience!
