Great, honest service. Ive used this shop for advice & repairs on a number of occasions now – theyve always been friendly and helpful, and work has been of high quality.
Most importantly, when there was a problem with one repair (fingerprint scanner stopped working following a screen replacement) they were very happy to rectify the problem immediately with a new screen free of charge. Its always good to know you can trust a store even when things don’t go perfectly.
I now recommend this store to anyone who needs a phone repair in Torquay.
Took my Samsung here for screen replacement and It was done very quickly and professionally. Took it back some time later, as there were other problems and the guy was able to diagnose and repair it very quickly and professionally. Will definitely go back again if needed and will recommend
