The customer service is appalling and started putting my the blame of their faulty cases onto my partner and saying they he purposely broke it but why would he freely go break his phone case that he just padded for. The shop assistant also is very unprofessional thinks he knows everyone and likes to walk away from customers.

Solid effort from Phone Trader.
I needed my Samsung S22 ultra screen replaced after a mishap and they fixed it perfectly.
Took longer than expected but that was due to a delayed screen delivery, rather than poor work on his part – however he still offered to fix the back of my phone for free as an apology for the delay.
Overall I’d go back if I ever needed another repair. Greatly appreciate the solid work and customer service.
Couldn’t ask for a better service. Brought in my iPhone 13 for a screen replacement which was done within an hour for a reasonable price. I also got my battery changed and was given a cheaper package deal! This guy is always happy to help and would defo recommend using Phone Trader Kettering
