Took my son’s phone for a battery repair. Then had to take it back again the next day as it wasn’t working again. They had it for the whole day and assured us it was fixed. By the evening it wasn’t working again.
Therefore took it to another shop who knew what they were doing. On opening the phone the battery had not been connected properly. The other shop said the battery had not been changed as it was an old one. He clearly showed me the old manufacture date of the battery they had not changed but charged my child for.
Phone Trends is my go-to shop for getting my phone fixed and for accessories in Taunton! My most recent experience was last weekend when my phone was refusing to charge. They fixed my charging port within an hour and charged it up to 25% for less than it would have cost (and faster) than doing it on my insurance. This was great because I am going away this week and didn’t have a lot of time to get it fixed. A+++++ service. Thank you!
