This company ripped me off when they failed to unblock a Samsung phone preinstalled hardware PIN code I had no access to. All they did was wipe the software which would have no effect on the phone’s actual lock-code. My old phone was on its last legs when someone kindly gifted me the Samsung as I’m disabled near retirement age with only social security now for income in these hard times, and I wasted thirty pounds of money I could’ve spent on other important things as they refused to refund me for the service they hadn’t performed. They failed to supply their business details so I could pursue this in small claims court.

I came in this shop after I broke screen on my Samsung Galaxy 8. They ordered the screen with the rim for me, it arrived in two days. I arrived to have the screen replaced and also a new battery put in. It was all done just in an hour. As I got a new screen protector, they made sure it fitted right with my phone cover.

All was done very professionally.

Excellent customer service. I got an MacBook charger that stopped working after a couple of months. I brought it back to the shop, and was offered a replacement. Hopefully it was just a faulty unit, and the new one will last. Very pleased with the customer service and friendly atmosphere in the shop.
