Superb service. From ringing Phone Zone in the morning to taking my phone home in the afternoon. Naz, the customer service attendant, couldn’t be more helpful. Very polite, friendly and very very helpful. Arrived with a broken I Phone screen, left with a new looking phone. Couldn’t ask for anything better. The price was great too. Overall the best quality service. Thanks Naz and Phone Zone. Will use your services again. Highly recommend!
I attended here today, after enquiring online, I initially suspected my charger port was broken and needed fully replacing, however the gent in the store today, was really polite and respectful, looked at my phone and said just needed a service rather than full repair and only cost PS20, I’m pleased as they didn’t Rob me of my money or charge for something that wasn’t needed. Only took 30 mins too! Cheers guys!
Absolutely gutted I was when I smashed my iPhone 11 Pro Max and the Face ID wasn’t working looking at the cost going up to PS200 through Apple until I found this gem in wigan.PS70 is an absolute steal for their services fixing my phone screen and my Face ID at the same time. Would recommend it to anyone, super friendly guy behind the counter who knows his stuff
