I recently had the misfortune of visiting phones2u and the experience was nothing short of a nightmare. I went in with a functioning phone and left with a damaged device and a sour taste in my mouth.

Firstly, the customer service was abysmal. The woman attending to me was not only unhelpful but also incredibly rude. It felt like she had no interest in assisting me and was dismissive of my concerns. I expected a basic level of courtesy, but her attitude made the entire experience extremely unpleasant.

To make matters worse, the technicians at this shop seem to have no regard for the devices they handle. After leaving my phone with them for what was supposed to be a simple repair, I received it back in a condition worse than before. The screen, which initially had a minor issue, now had additional scratches and even more functionality problems. It’s clear that the staff lacks the necessary skills and care to handle delicate electronic devices.

What should have been a straightforward and routine repair turned into a disaster. Not only did I waste my time and money, but I also left the store with a damaged phone and a feeling of frustration. I strongly advise anyone considering this shop for their phone repairs to think twice and explore more reliable and customer-oriented options in the area. The lack of professionalism, coupled with the poor quality of service, makes this establishment one to avoid at all costs.

I would give this zero stars but I can’t on this. I went to this store to get my back glass fixed of my iPhone 14 Pro and my battery replaced. I came to pick my phone up at first glance I wasn’t paying attention to my front screen as it was the back I got fixed and it looked good and normal at the back within less than a minute of leaving the store I noticed a green dot on my front screen as there was a pixel missing that was totally intact before I was walking to another store close buy and I went back 10 mins later to say to the people in this store that this was not there before with a lot of back and fourth the woman in the store took no accountability and was highly defensive and rude no way to treat customers I told them I wanted my front screen fixed as they had damaged my phone she was saying she has no evidence it wasn’t like this before I was so shocked at her out of order attitude and poor customer service the man did not speak much the woman definitely takes on the boss role I would recommend anyone to steer clear of this store as they are not working morally now I am left with a pixel out of the front screen of my phone which is a very expensive phone and contract

I went in thinking I was going to have to get a new phone as my phone was dead. Two minutes and PS5 later…sorted. Three weeks later and another problem with my old Huawei…wouldn’t charge. They took the phone and told me come back in half an hour…PS6 this time and again all sorted. It’s really good to find a shop like this. You can definitely trust them to do a good job at very fair prices.
