Went in for a replacement screen. Fortunately, the service was fairly quick and the same price as the guy across the road (but would rather go to a smaller shop to give them custom).
A day or so after, realised that the job done was really poor quality. Now, it’s hard to make calls (or does it on its own), sometimes recognises touches not there, takes recordings whilst in my pocket, has glitched a lot and is sticking out further than the original.
It’s sad because there’s reasonable customer service, but now something incredibly important and expensive is difficult to use.

i recently smashed my phone and couldnt find anywhere to get it repaired without a long wait due to coid-19. i walked over to phone gadgets and they had it repaired within 40 mins. when i got home i forgot my password and couldnt get in due to no itunes on my computer, the gentleman here was absoloutley amazing and helped me out the next day free of charge. amazing, quick, helpful service at a great price. will be using again if i smash my phone! haha
