I would never trust this shop again. I brought my Macbook Air in because of a battery charging problem. I didn’t know if it was the cable or laptop. They said they would call me in 2 days. No call. 3 days later I went down but they were closed. 4 work days later (still no call) I went down and they said it would cost EUR140 to repair. I said I would have to think about it and asked for my laptop back. They didn’t even have it! I had to go back again to get it and when my wife called to see if it was there they said the estimate would cost EUR10 which they never said to me up front! Then when I went to pick it up it had 2 new scratches on it! They didn’t charge me for the estimate and I would not have paid it.
So then I went to Gravis to see what they would say and when they connected my laptop with their cable IT WORKED FINE!!! There was no problem with my laptop in the first place!
These guys lied to me and tried to charge me EUR140 for nothing!!! I bought a new power adapter and my lautia charging fine!
DO NOT TRUST THIS SHOP! Go to Gravis and see what they say before you go anywhere else.
Guter Laden und sehr netter Besitzer. Hat mir bei der Auswahl eines neuen Telefons geholfen. Ich werde spater eine Rezension uber das Telefon selbst schreiben, aber ich denke, dass alles gut wird. Dmytro, ich wunsche Ihnen Wohlstand und dankbare Kunden.
