Horrible and non-professional service!!
I have approached them last year to get my 2TB Hard disk repair/data recovery and they told me they will check first and then let me know. After 2 weeks they told me they have checked and it cant be repaired and charged me 40 dollar for the same. While receiving back the device I have asked them it is not closed properly as I the layer were matching with each other but they ensured me no its fine.
I have also requested phonefix beforehand if you cant check /repair please tell me but don’t destroy my data as it is very critical but they ensured me they are very professional and they can check it. I just trusted them
As my wife was pregnant and I can’t approach anyone else for atleast 6 month . Last week I approached a professional and he said that the data can be recovered but when I handed over the device to him he asked me if it was open before as it was not in proper closed condition and I said yes. After investigation , he said to me your drive has been destroyed completely by the guy who has opened it before.

The device was full of my childhood memories and all important documents and now it is all wasted and scrapped because of their horrible service .
Fair price, good service and great results. I took my phone there to get a new screen so they went above and beyond by replacing the case which was also damaged (no extra charge). I can’t recommend these guys high enough
