Terrible, avoid at all costs. Screen was repaired quickly but with poor attention to detail; dust was left inside the back camera and also the bottom of my screen is now noticeably bulged outwards, presumably due to a bodged job of reapplying the screen adhesive; if new adhesive was even applied at all. The Face ID is also now not working. Went back 3 times and all 3 times was told to come back “when the technician returns, should be in a few days”. Terrible.

Edit: The response attached is laughable, claiming that I am not “on their records” and am mistaking this repair shop for another. Perhaps my faulty screen has created this “false review”? Needless to say I will not be calling them back (again) to arrange another appointment (again) only to have more of my time wasted (again).

Be careful of this man at the shop if you go there, creepy, odd, kind of weird and aggressive. Looks for trouble rather than trying to help. His other job I believe is a late night car park attendant where he has no public interaction and he is highly rated 5 stars for that role but for the role he plays at this location he gets Sub-Minus-Negative if that’s ever possible this is what it looks like. I think that sums up the service from this individual at this location to a T. Others may be of more assistance.

excellent job by phonehouse in Borehamwood I took my water damage samsung a14 to them and they managed to fix it and with all my information still there which I was concerned about as I had so many important photos and information which I really needed. I would highly recommend them to all my friends and family.and i would 100% return to them if I have any issues with my devices in the future
