Handed mobile into shop, on return to pick up there was screen damage evident on switching hand set on. They denied damage of screen!! Phone only needed charging port, to meke things worse the back of the phone came off and a very expensive phone is now scrap thanks to PhonePlus. Do not go near yhis shop a!!
Went in with something stuck in my charging port, asked if they could remove it and in less then 30 seconds it was done I asked how much and the woman said nothing great service recommend highly very helpful and not just wanting your money
Went in for a problem with my phones aux port. Turned out to be just some dust that had got stuck at the bottom of the port.
Not only did they fix it in less than 5 minutes they would not take any money from.me for the effort
