Bought a new phone and when I got home and started to use it I discovered it didn’t have a programme installed that I needed. I took the phone back and the owner was brilliant – he sourced another model for me which was cheaper and refunded the difference directly to my bank. He also transferred everything from my old phone for me and even offered me a cup of tea! Great customer service and I would definitely recommend this business.
Bought 2 phones had 3 screens fixed here then I take my phone back for a new screen he said 150 for manufacturer screen and I paid the 150 and the screen is a copy screen I had been quoted 100 for a copy but wanted the fingerprint scanner which is why I went with the manufacturer screen… When I pointed it out he suddenly couldn’t speak English I’ve spent about 600-700 with them gutted
Had a problem with my iPhone 12 Pro screen , so contacted these guys who were local to me , given a price over the phone , called in the next day & whilst waiting was offered a refreshing brew , 20 minutes later , screen replaced & I was good to go
