J’ai change mon ecran debut 2023, et depuis ce jour j’ai que des problemes avec mon telephone. L’ecran devenait noir sans raison et pendant des jours. Je suis retournee la bas plusieurs fois et a chaque fois on me disais la meme chose, c’est un probleme de stockage ? Ca n’est pas logique. Apres plusieurs visites ou l’on m’a repete cette meme chose j’y suis retourne quelques jours avant la fin de ma garantie apres une longue discussion et observation de mon ecran on m’a annonce que mon ecran etait en fait pas fiable et avait un probleme des le depart !!! J’ai perdu 6 mois avec un ecran pre-dispose a ne pas fonctionner correctement. Suite a cela ils ont gentiment change mon ecran avec un nouveau sans aucun frais supplementaire mais sans garantie ! Quelques mois apres, mon nouvel ecran commencait a avoir des problemes, il se figeait lorsque je l’utilisait dehors, des trais rouge et vert apparaissaient ?? Et le mois dernier l’ecran a cesse de fonctionner, je recevais le bruit des notifications, les sonneries des appels mais l’ecran etait noir !!! Je suis donc retournee a la boutique la semaine derniere, et on m’annonce ce que je sais deja “C’est un probleme d’ecran” (l’ecran etait neuf de quelques mois et pas abime), on m’a encore pose un ecran pas fiable ! Et bien entendu, on ne peux “rien faire” on me propose de re payer pour poser un nouvel ecran ! J’ai perdu 1 an, mes donnees et 129 EUR Scandaleux ! A fuir !!

I didn’t want to go into details but since you replied here is what happened.

Yes, the phone caught water and it is not your fault BUT the screen was working except the touch function. (I was able to work on the phone when connecting an external mouse). I gave you the phone in that status, and you offered to open the mobile and spray a solution on it and if the touch function works again then I pay an amount and if not there will be nothing to pay. Surprisingly and after being more than a week late, you presented to me a phone with no lighting screen that still vibrates making it impossible for me to migrate the data. I expected that you will assume taking the responsabilities when opening and breaking a screen because i gave you a phone with a screen that turns on and expect to receive it as i gave you. Thus you obliged me to pay 140EUR to replace the screen of a phone that costs 150EUR, no I won’t pay for YOUR error that much. It is not a matter of means or not it is a matter of principles, responsibility and manners.

NB: 4 screws were missing from the inside boards when I received back the phone.

My laptop (Dell Alienware 17) crashed and I was directed towards this store. The staff received me very kindly (they even offered me coffee) and were able to identify the problem with my computer (operating system failure linked to Windows 10 update) and save all my data. Granted this took a couple of days, but I was glad to recover my laptop with all my files, what is more at a very reasonable cost (about 100 euros).

I therefore strongly recommend this store to all those who have the misfortune of sharing my experience and are confronted by a computer crash. I didn’t regret my custom with them at all on this occasion.
