Arron and Dane genuinely treat their customers like people. They are incredibly generous with their time and knowledge (try asking Arron about the hidden iPhone button). And their diagnostic and repair process was the most thorough and transparent one I’ve ever seen! They explained every step to me, went over all my options, and discussed pros and cons of different repair options.
Needed the front and rear glass replacing on my S21 ultra due to them being smashed from falling out of a motorbike cradle. Had my phone back the following day in perfect working order. Even replaced a missing camera lens protective glass without being asked. Absolutely amazing service from a fella that knows his work. And for a very competitive price..
