Purchased a brand new iphone, unopened. Returned to the store less than 10days later with the same iphone, still unopened with original proof of purchase. Wanting to return it due to finding another phone with more storage for a better price. Was told that I cannot return the item and get the money that I originally spent. At no time during the sale was I told there was no guarantee. So when I asked if I could sell the phone back, they wanted to buy the iphone I purchased at PS1,200 for PS750. For a new phone, still sealed, with original proof of purchase. Suggested that I should go and sell it privately, on Facebook. Absolute scam and a joke. Beware if you purchase brand new goods and wish to return them, you will not be able to. Disappointed and will not be returning. Will be reporting to Trading Standards.

Handed in my phone for a screen replacement after I’d dropped it. I was quoted PS130 due to the LCD being quite expensive, which is understandable. The newly-fitted LCD was fitted improperly. The top of the display was flush with the phone, but the bottom of the glass has a noticeable lip over the phone itself. I pushed this down, figuring it may just not have closed properly, causing a new crack. I brought it back to the shop and a screen protector was put on and some glue put on the glass. I wasn’t offered any fix, despite the shoddy ‘repair’, and even the screen protector is fitted off to the side and with a noticeable air pocket near the crack.

Terrible service. I’m chronically Ill and unable to head into town myself so he dropped my iPad off here. Scammed out of PS120. Held for a day with fixing no issues whatsoever, in fact making it even worse than it was before. Refund policy posted nowhere on site or in shop yet told that was the case. Will be filing theft charges with the police if not contacted about a refund soon.
