Fantastic store! My son has an iPhone 8 and was in a panic when it was unresponsive. He has all his notes and diagrams on this device and didn’t back any of them up! With an upcoming exam, he was about to have a mental breakdown. I was taking him to the Apple store when I decided to try our luck at PhonoRx. So glad I made that decision. The staff were so helpful and in literally one hour, my son’s phone was back up and running. Service, new battery and screen for $100 and back working within 1 hour. I highly recommend taking your phone for service at PhonoRx!
I have come by on multiple occasions with a very dainty phone screen that falls off from the slightest drop. It was fixed in one day maximum and they have helped me, the other 3 times. Big big thanks!
fixed my badly damaged phone in like 30-35 minutes tops. Great customer service, and nice people. Allowed me to sit and wait for my phone to be fixed and made sure i was accommodated for. 15/10
