Sunday morning I received the most seamless profession service for my iphone issue. K provided me with a temporary solution for my water damaged phone…. and offered me a great deal on what suited my circumstances for a replacement phone. K has an amazing calm demeanour for helping people with tech issues. As well he went above and beyond assisting me with understanding and optimizing my current phone plan. I believe I was hustled. I would not say I am a technologically inept person and I can tell when I was not sold “the more expensive” screen for my iPhone 13 Pro Max. I was not given a quote of the cheap screen, but I was told the more expensive one would run me about $270, which is what I paid for. My experience with said screen has been terrible. Touch not responding, randomly flipping orientation, glare as if I’m playing a low quality poorly rendered video game. Guy was nice when he talked tho, just don’t know if he screwed me over or not

Bought my Samsung Galaxy A23 here last year. The most recent Samsung update damaged my phone and I took it in for service. They tried everything to get it to turn on but sadly they couldn’t fix it. They weren’t even going to charge me for their time. We bought a new phone from them and I won’t hesitate to use their services again.
