AWFUL. I went to go get a battery replaced. The man gave me no information on what kind of battery was being put in. Then he messed it up because he didn’t know what phone it was (because he didn’t even ask). Then I tell him to put my old (damaged) battery back as this new one he gave isn’t even working. He does. I check the phones camera an hour later and he somehow broke the camera of the phone from the inside. Literally did not go again in fear he would break something else whilst trying to fix the camera. Even worse than useless. Don’t waste your money or your time on this place.

Dont know what the bad reviews underneath are all about?? I’ve had dealings with Sal and I have been using these guys for a few years now and I have never had any problems what so ever with the service that I receive from them. They repaired my screen for me on my laptop a few weeks ago and it was repaired and ready to collect well within the hour. Excellent service from the shop and staff are very helpful and polite. Will also have my loyalty and custom and will always Reccomend to anyone I know who’s after repairs to there gadgets.

I was guaranteed my phone would be fixed the next day but they “accidentally” ordered the wrong parts and I went to go get it back and one of the employees stared at the receipt and hesitated for a few minutes like he was thinking of a way to rip me off. If you own a phone repair shop, you should be prepared for anything and understand your customers situation otherwise you shouldn’t own a repair shop.
