Habe mein Dell XPS 13 morgens vorbeigebracht und hatte nicht damit gerechnet, dass mein “Problem” sofort bearbeitet wird – kaum hatte ich es abgegeben, lag es halb zerlegt unter dem Mikroskop und ich wurde sehr kompetent sowohl uber die Funktionalitat der einzelnen Bauteile als auch daruber aufgeklart, was das Problem sein konnte. Vermutung: Kurzschluss, evtl. durch Flussigkeit.
Mir wurde direkt gesagt, ich konne es wahrscheinlich am nachsten Tag schon wieder abholen und was es kosten wird. Sehr transparent und schnell! Schlussendlich konnte ich das reparierte XPS 13 am selben Abend noch abholen! Hammer, wirklich!
Preislich ist so ein Kurzschluss naturlich niemals “gunstig”, aber die Kosten waren am Ende absolut angemessen.
As I am living a bit far away, they were very helpful and already gave me a diagnosis without the need of going all the way to their shop. They are able to tell me it is a common problem for a certain model, as well as giving me a quote. Unfortunately the cost to replace the screen is too high for an old MacBook, I decided not to proceed with the repair.
Their reply is very friendly, professional yet very considerate (they totally understand why I decided not to repair it). On top of it they know i am a non German speaker and all communication is in English.
I am glad that I found them and feel being taken care of in a stressful situation!
Wir haben es dann nach einem kurzen Telefonat direkt zu Plustech gebracht. Dort wurde es noch am selben Tag professionell gereinigt. Ein Totalschaden durch Korrosion in ein paar Monaten ist jetzt nicht mehr zu befurchten.
Und das ganze zu einem wirklich fairen Preis. Ich bin sehr begeistert und kann den Service uneingeschrankt empfehlen!
