Poor customer service !! Fixed my daughters phone with cheap imitation parts !!

Was told to go to trading standards from the owner ….so in fact that’s what I done

My daughter brung her phone in to get fixed !!!! And it wasn’t fixed was it …..it was never fixed….it was joeyd up with cheap imitation parts and you as a company knew this phone wasn’t going to last

Had a good experience today at this mobile shop. They have a good collection of second-hand stuff including Ipads. The customer service was great and everything went well. The shop recently changed its name. If you want to put a glass protector on your phone/tablet then definitely visit this shop and they will do that for you at an affordable rate.

I purchased a phone case, screen protector and 2m cable. I was extremely happy with the service provided as the gentleman cleaned my phone and applied the screen protector as well as checking the cable was working fine. I have never had this service anywhere else and would recommend highly.
