The charger end broke inside the computer and they kindly removed the broken off part lodged inside free of charge. I needed a new charger asap Unfortunately which they didn’t have in stock but would order for me but I needed it that same day. Great friendly service.
Took my daughters phone in as screen stopped functioning, they were so helpful and promptly fixed the screen and also fixed a minor glitch with the actual phone within the hour. Highly recommend
