Incredible service, broke both screens on my Fold 3, booked it in at 4pm, dropped it off in the morning and had it back by lunch time. No need to reset phone, and it’s absolutely perfect now. Had all the parts available, and worked hard to get it done as quickly as possible even though very busy and a team member down.

Took my phone to them at Pocket Geek Tech Repair Norwich today and was told it will be about 2 hours. I received a text from them before that time to say it’s done and ready. I got to the store and wow… the old smashed phone has been totally transformed. At first, I was going to say are you sure it’s my phone? Absolute Legends they are…. No drama and the two staff in there were absolutely super friendly. Thanks guys…. I am absolutely Impressed.
