Don’t trust them at all, absolute scammers. After fixing my phone through insurance and offering guarantee. However after some time the message started coming up that it is a non genuine Apple camera. Due to that I’m unable to take photos sometimes and the camera has a mind of its own. Upon taking my phone back there I was informed only Apple can get rid of that message and his second response was the icing on the cake ‘although we use genuine Apple products, the Apple products are still different so you might still see the message and you will need to go to Apple’
It is quite clear they don’t use genuine Apple products and just be honest about it. I was advised to go back to my insurance company. An absolute shambles of a company.

I had browsed so many locations to swap my keyboard module, clean and change thermal pasting for my Alienware M15 R5. I came with my keyboard module. Absolute gigachad John booked me in, and Afslan was the technician who repaired it. The whole process took around 1.5 hours and after that i received my laptop. I paid PS40 for labour an honestly could not have been happier. Very professional, efficient and friendly and will be my future go to to repair my devices. Transparent business model that this service provides gained them a loyal customer.

My phone wasn’t charging at all. I was in the local area and have heard of Pocket Geek through friends. I headed inside where I was greeted by a lady who helped be from start to finish. Rather than replacing almost all my internal components on my device (which Apple wanted to do). They carried out all the troubleshooting required to make the repair less expensive and even carried out a free health check. Most certainly will be returning to Pocket Geek for sure, I couldn’t recommend them anymore. Thank you all the team in the shop for your help!
