Needed a phone shop open on sat. 3 local were closed. Found Geek repair Ecclelsall Road on google called them they were open. Went with my galaxy s7. He got the simcard out that was stuck and put it in my new galaxy a23 with the tf card.

We took in a brand new Samsung phone with a virus , that we hadn’t even bought from the Pocket Geek Tech Repair Shop! They diagnosed the problem within 5 minutes, put it right, advised us what to do in future and when I asked how much they were charging me….they said it was all free! I was amazed at their friendliness and knowhow! Thanks guys!
Excellent customer service. Salesperson was very knowledgeable, listened carefully to my needs and convinced me to purchase 2 phones for my teenagers right there and then. Screen protectors applied perfectly and he even boxed the phones up for me as they were gifts.
