Lady on desk was nice and very helpful and had to check with the back office, okay fine, no problem.
After waiting about 15 minutes, was told by another member of staff that they were unable to do it and I should try somewhere else.
You would, really, expect them to know what they could or couldn’t do in all fairness.
Presumably fine with other devices but wasted my afternoon.
