I would not recommend these guys. Had an S9 Plus, went here because my insurance proposed it. They replaced the back cover, however it was leaking afterwards. Dropped my S9 Plus in a water accidentally afterwards and it was gone, while dealing with insurances the phone probably was completely oxidized, finally insurance refused the repair because I just had a case (when they were replacing back cover). Other than that I reported to the insurance after the the previous dropping the USB quick charge was not working, however the repair shop tried to prove that I am a camel and I can use wireless charge. The lesson: They don’t do a proper job forget about these guys, I have a better experience sending my phone to a professional repair shop and less hussle, cause I went there like 5 times partly due to inproper invoicing and covid however these things could not be solved by email.

I found this place to be quite unprofessional. The technician did not even let me explain my assumption as to why my phone could not be turned on. By pointing the fractured screen, he insisted that the problem was caused by external damage. However, it was not the screen that was fractured but the screen saver 🙂 , yet I was not given the opportunity to explain that (the turn-on button was stuck). He then proposed to charge me a flat rate and to conduct a full diagnosis, making it explicit that if the screen gets broken during the diagnosis, he will not be responsible. Obviously I declined the offer, and I was fortunate enough to sort the problem myself by doing research online. My phone works perfectly now. I would definitely not recommend this place.

Le SAV samsung m’a indique que c’etait la seule adresse agreee pour changer le film de protection de mon telephone. Le vendeur a immediatement emis des reserves car l’ecran de mon ZFlip5 n’etait pas droit. C’est tellement flagrant sur les photos…
“Il y a un risque de casse de l’ecran… Et si l’ecran casse, la garantie ne s’appliquera pas. Il vaut mieux changer l’ecran directement sous garantie”
Un bon moyen de faire pression sur la clientele pour faire du chiffre…
Simplement inacceptable ! Samsung France ne devrait pas se lier a des commerces aussi peu recommandables.
