I’ve asked Daniel twice for help. Both times I was in real trouble. The first time my laptop was stuffed and he fixed it in minutes. And with a smile!. Not surprising that I went straight to him again when I needed to get my wifi working when I moved house to a pretty ancient one. Again he was really friendly, really knew his stuff, noticed problems I didn’t even know about and he also went above and beyond what he needed to do.

Daniel fixed my issue within an hour of starting on it, which was such a relief. I was so happy to be able to get same-day service. I had spent hours on the phone with Optus and in live chat with Microsoft support over the past two weeks but Daniel worked out the issue very quickly. This is a legitimate professional business (not sure why that was queried in a recent review) and I would recommend it to anyone.
