Unacceptable Service and Arrogant Staff

I recently visited Ink Store to print some urgent documents. The experience was incredibly disappointing.

Firstly, the printing process took an unreasonably long time. It took 14 minutes from the time I sent the documents to receiving the printed copies. This is far beyond any reasonable expectation, especially considering the urgency of my situation.

Secondly, the staff member’s behavior was appalling. When I inquired about the excessive wait time, they responded with arrogance and hostility. They even threatened to shred the printed documents, leaving me feeling helpless and pressured to accept their substandard service.

It’s important to note that the slow printing time was likely due to the use of inkjet technology, which is significantly slower than laser printing. The staff member should have clearly communicated this information upfront, especially for customers with large print jobs.

You could not find anywhere in any trade more – Polite – Helpful – Knowledgeable – Reasonable – and in my case Patience by the bucket load as everything has to be explained twice then when I get home usually have to phone back as forgotten half. This is my second laptop from them ( yes I updated to Windows 10 ) . I found bit slow with existing printer its just been in with laptop ( needed untangling pressed wrong keys yet again ) they must have cleaned with Usain Bolt as printer faster than its ever been. They deserve your support as a local business , good guys to work with and get to know Thank you David & Scott for all your help

Recently picked up my laptop from Portsmouth Ink Store and had excellent customer service. The guy who served me knew exactly what the problem was with my laptop, and it was fixed quickly and cheaply. I was also advised on the correct ink for my printer and will definitely be going back when I run out! The store was easy to access and the perfect location on the high street.
