Store reached my father last week regarding after-sale services and if we wanted them to do something, I had to take down my first 1* review. I took it down and waited for them to do something. My father reached them few days after and they said they won’t do anything. So here’s my first review back:

“Terrible experience, my mother and I bought a TV from there, they opened the box in store to show that TV is “OK”, staff struggled getting out the TV from the box and struggled even more to place it back into the box to the point that the guy from the repair stand used excessive force by hitting it with his fist, bending the TV frame. They blaming my mother because she tried to help them to place it back into the box, and now they refuse to do anything because TV was already paid even if they damaged it in store. Case has been filed with Chateauguay police dep and Protection du Consomateur agency.”

Overall, if it was possible to review it with 0 star, it is what they deserve. That store has a rude and misogynistic staff, they are not better than crooks. Avoid this place at all cost!
