Very fast repair, and the screen is better than new. Unfortunately it did have to be wiped, but that was necessary so should not take away from this amazing service. It was completed in less than two days and for a lot cheaper than expected and any other quotes I received. Laptop was returned in beautiful condition, I will definitely be using them again for any damages to my devices! I will also recommend them wholeheartedly to anyone that needs a repair since they’re so fast and have amazing customer service. Thank you for the repair, it works perfectly!

I took my laptop in with a cracked screen. I thought I had sourced the replacement but I’d not recorded the model number correctly.

Guys got the replacement screen ordered; unfortunately, the Post Office mislaid the screen and so anoth was ordered. As soon as it arrived, they replaced the faulty screen, so laptop is as good as new again.

They kept me up to date with what was happening.

When I went to pay, I gave them too much money – they corrected my mistake, although I’d have been none the wiser.

I have went to this store 4 different times to repair 2 different types of phone and both times has been relatively cheap and extremely convenient and fast, and despite the short amount of time taken to complete repairs I have never needed to get another one due to a problem with the repair itself, is I am extremely clumsy.
