I bought a computer from Poweron Computers back in early 2000 and the owner Shaw was very professional and really helped me with what I was looking for. I ended up upgrading that computer at some point and it lasted me for so long (as crazy as it sounds it must have been 10 years). My experience was so positive I got my parents a computer from him and they’re still using it. And, I bought another computer for myself when I decided it was time to get something faster and with more storage. I love my new computer! Thanks Shaw! You are very helpful and so knowledgeable. You’ve also always been available for my many questions. I would recommend your store to anyone looking for a new computer. You don’t sell just anything. You want customers to be happy with their purchase and you stand by your products. Clearly customer service is important to you. I’m sure you don’t need me to be advertising here for you, but today you were again so accomodating with the computer questions I had that I felt I had to give back somehow. Something I really appreciated about Shaw is how he provides his opinion and shares useful tips in helping you decide what you get so if you tell him about some suggestions you had of what you want to get, he will advise if something is not a good idea or something is a better option. All in all I’m very pleased with my experience at this place and the way I’ve been treated as a customer.
