My sons nintendo had water damage and was not working most of the time. We called pratts pods and they explained what it would cost for a water damage assessment. We booked it in and straight after you receive a receipt via email with a tracking number for progress. We were called and advised the game card module needed replacing and were informed of the cost. We had it repaired and all working perfectly. I wouldn’t say it was cheap but a lot less expensive than buying a new switch, plus we didn’t loose all the game data. Turnaround was quick and I thought the service and overall customer care was excellent. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again

I took my faulty HP Laptop to the team in Wokingham, as the touchpad had stopped working 100%. They were able to diagnose the problem quickly and a repair carried out. The team were very polite and professional, explaining clearly what the issue was and taking me through the repair options. I have since used Pratts Pods again for another PC issue, and will continue to do so should I have any further phone or computer problems.

Great communication keeping me updated on the repair of my daughter’s iPhone. Really reassuring to get updates on the progress. The work was guaranteed for 3 months and when it needed to go back they sorted it out with no qualms and fuss and again told me as soon as it was done that same day. Very pleasant and friendly staff.
