Really impressive. Old fashioned customer service. Transparency, communication, friendly. No sales pitch. Did what was asked, diagnosed another issue I wasn’t aware of (obvious when they pointed it out!) and in my view included service extras other places would have charged for.

I highly recommend Pratts Pods! My laptop screen was marked and looked awful (a known problem with the MacBook modal I have), Rory and his team recommended that they try and clean it as a replacement screen would have cost almost as much as a second hand laptop.
They did the most amazing job and it looked as good as new! Thanks guys!
