Terrible customer service, had screen replaced, then a couple of days later a line showed up in the middle of the screen and then it started to crack again. I called the store and he advised he will order a new screen and fix it again and call me when the new screen arrives. A week later still no call, so I rang him and he advised the new screen was in stock, I arranged a time to go to the store to drop my phone off again, however the shop was closed! I called the store number and he advised he was running late to the store. The gentleman was then very rude to myself and my husband, arguing that it was not his fault the screen was broken! I told him that we explained everything to him over the phone the week before and he agreed he would fix it free of charge as this should not of happened, to which his reply was ‘my English is not very good, so I did not understand’. He was very argumentative. All in all we will never go to this shop again, they are very rude and not helpful.

Took my iPhone 11 in as it needed a new housing. I had help in choosing the new part to order whilst in the shop and when it arrived the man stayed late to do my phone so I could have it back the same day. I also received a free screen protector! Very helpful and professional and would definitely recommend
