I came to price performance today and was blown away! It had been a few years since I changed any PC parts, i decided to swap PC cases and in doing so i bent the pins of my CPU. I texted Chung and told him my problem and he was able to both swap out the CPU and install a new one, as well as helping to install fan splitters, resetting my windows and formatting my ssds. He did this all within a few hours on a saturday and for such a reasonable price, especially when compared to places like scorptec or centrecom which would have charged me at least 3x the price (defiantly more) and taken minimum 3-4 days to complete the process. I can’t recommend Price Performance enough, you’re a genuine life saver

I purchased in 11/2021 however I’ll update my review. The best tech person I’ve ever dealt with. It’s amazing to have a local business that undercuts the bigger tech companies by a significant amount whilst also providing a friendly, human experience. I didn’t just feel like a customer, I felt valued and was put at ease that if anything went wrong he’d help me. Well about 10 months later, when I wanted to upgrade a component in my PC, he was there to step me through the process and help identify the missing part. Strongly recommend to everyone if you want a prompt, friendly and fair experience!

Did my due diligence by shopping around for a new computer and then rang my son for his input. He suggested I contact Price Performance PC and I’m so glad I did. My sister was also looking for a new PC too so we both went down to see how they could help us. My sister bought a PC and John fixed mine for a fraction of the cost and within an hour and a half. So happy with the results and my sister is thrilled with her super fast computer. Would highly recommend John and would definitely contact him again for any future computer needs.
