I left a message for Tom and he responded very quickly. Told him the problem and he quickly diagnosed it over the phone. He advised it was a good computer and would be better to fix rather than buy a new one. It was collected next day, and I got a call to say it was as he thought and gave me a price. It was then quickly repaired and delivered back to me. Great service and price. Would happily use again if needed and highly recommend
“Took my daughter’s computer in as it had been overheating and turning off. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, very quick in looking into and repairing the computer. I felt like nothing was too big or small for them to look into. They even went as far as repairing the outer shell which was slightly out of shape due to it being previously dropped. Excellent service.”
My device was collected, repaired and delivered within a week by Charlotte, who was polite, cheerful and friendly. Tom took me through every step of the process and explained, without any hard sell what my options were in a professional and informative way.
