We have been using Printer medic for over 2 years. We are very happy with their machines & service. There is always someone at the end of the phone and any problems are dealt with within 24 hrs. We have very few problems.
At the beginning of the COVID lockdown they quickly installed and set up another printer for us for a homeworker.
The engineers who attended were professional, capable & friendly.
All invoices are clear & concise.

Spoke to Chris at Printer Medic about a possible printer repair but that was going to be uneconomic.
He suggested some new printer options to get us away from the “cheap” HP home printer we were using. He identified that the cost of the cartridges was very high! (see picture).
We went for a middle option and got a HP Smart Tank 7605 which seems good.
