A few weeks back, I had trouble with my laptop, so I needed extra ram, and I found this shop. The issue was sorted within 24 hours, and the laptop is doing great. I want to bring appreciation to Olly, he fixed everything, and was very considerate and professional. Also, I would like to mention.. in this shop they aren’t only fixing things, they can also create things from scratch, just the way your work requires. I do recommend this shop, and I will get back to make plans for my new desktop. Thank you Olly. I am pleased.

Bluescreen close down on my HP Pavillion laptop. I was advised by friends it could be RAM. Took it to Pro-Com and they did a thorough check and found the problem to be something else. They could have charged for new RAM but did a great job at a much cheaper price for the fix. Honest reliable and knowledgeable. My uncle recommended them as he had visited 6 years before. Glad they are still in business, they deserve to be. Thank you

I took in my Lenovo laptop to be repaired and I was very impressed with the service. Lovely lady explained the hard drive had died 🙁 She could hear that it wasn’t working as it should. The replacement was done speedily and it was ready to be picked up the nxt day 🙂 Very efficient and professional, and 20years of trading gave me confidence in recommending them anytime!
