I am very impressed with dealings with Procomputers. I needed an iPhone battery replaced and returned to this store as they had previously replaced two other model iPhone batteries over the years. I was well served with replacement battery on the day then had questions concerning a notification on my phone regarding the battery. Being concerned if this would impact the function I contacted the business who were very cooperative and requested I return for them to check the issue. I could not commend their customer service, more highly. The matter of my concern was explained and dealt with in a way I could understand was given personal email of manager, should I require more assistance. Would highly recommend their service to any person with Tech issues. More than satisfied.

My scenario was I had my sons phone to fix, I wasn’t sure what model it was as we have 3 kids and all have similar phones, anyhow.

I took the phone into another phone repair place in Orion where they inspected the phone, said it was an iPhone 12 and it would be $249

I then took it to Pro Computers Tech House and they quoted me about $20-30 less, I was happy with that so I handed the phone to them, upon further inspection the staff member informed me it was actually an iPhone 11 and it will be $188.

I will only be using this company moving forward for all my phone and tech repairing needs.

I had previously engaged their services years ago for past issues with my laptop. This time, I went in for a battery and screen replacement for the same laptop.

It was completed quickly and I was kept up-to-date with any changes to costs. Other than a deep but small scratch on the lid of the laptop, I don’t have much to complain about (the laptop itself is about 10 years old and the scratch is just a small cosmetic issue; if it spanned the entire lid, I probably would be peeved though).

Everything seems to be working great. Great service, friendly staff! Will definitely be going back again if needed.
