These guys have gone above and beyond to resolve my problems. Dropped Pro20 and screen went black so couldn’t access anything. I run a business from my phone so this was major. I decided to buy a new phone , these guys quoted me PS60 to fit one of their screens on and transfer everything for me. I thought PS60 was expensive for that but I needed it done so paid it. As with most things it was quite straight forward and in my opinion they’ve ended up doing much more work. My opinion has now changed- PS60 is an excellent value cost!!!

Transferred 95% of my phone’s content.
Transferred all my 5k plus photos to a memory stick.
Re-ordered another screen so that we can access the 5% of information that hadn’t transferred originally – very grateful of this as it was my notes containing all my passwords.
Kept the screen on so I can double check I’ve not missed anything else.

All completed within 48 hours.

After 9 years of good luck, I finally made a school boy error and dropped my i Phone down the toilet. Although the phone seemed totally un-responsive it still sent the odd notification to my watch which gave me hope. I went down to the shop (pro phone repairs), which I found on a Google search for shops in my local area, and it was fixed and working perfectly within 40 minutes. It’s not a budget replacement screen, it feels and views as good as the original part so I couldn’t be happier. Good price, good service, good person running the shop who was happy to chat while he fixed the phone. Would happily recommend.

Needed my phone repaired in September waited all day to get my phone repaired as he was out. I came up twice and I am not local to this area.

When He returned and I came in, finally waiting patiently to get my phone fixed, I made to feel uncomfortable as my phone seemed like a problem and that I was causing inconvenience. He told me he cant fix my phone today even after I waited all day, he could of easily told me on the phone to save a journey and unproductive day.

He offered it to be there overnight but I was put off from the lack of response and how unprofessional the service was.
