Brought in our LG 60 ” for an estimate , sound but no picture . We are from out of town but they managed to take a look and gave us an estimate which was about 1/3 of a new one , Asked what they would recommend they said it was a good quality TV so it might be worth it to fix it . We agreed and left it with them . Checked in a couple weeks later and they hadn’t received the parts yet , delivery impacted by the flood in BC. Got a call a couple of weeks later that it was done. As we are from out of town they were more than accommodating with our schedule and we picked it up and the amount charged was as quoted . Cannot say enough about this business , they fixed an older 50 ” projection TV for us years ago and it is still going . Rather than run your TV to the landfill get a estimate first and then make an informed decision. An honest and friendly business , warranty on repairs , would absolutely use them
again ..

We took a 5year old LG TV in today because it displayed terrible static at the lodge. The young fellow hooked it up as we watched and the TV picture was perfect. The clerk patiently discussed all possible causes for the static. When he had finished he was kind enough to load the set into our vehicle. When we asked about the estimate, he replied “no charge”
We hardly see that kind of customer service any more. Thank you Pro Television.

Recently had a repair of an LG range- oven and stove suddenly not working. I was so impressed with King who was able to order in the correct parts from our telephone conversation and then diagnosed and fixed a couple of problems (travelling an hour out of the city). It was so nice to work with someone so knowledgeable and efficient. He went above and beyond, making sure everything was perfect before leaving our home. Thank you!
