I had an amazing service and experience at Profix. I brought in my GPS Garmin watch that had stopped charging. I believed it was the charging port on the watch bccause I had bought and tried different cables without success. I walked in with the watch and they tested the port on the spot. They quickly concluded it was the charger, not the watch that was defective and offered me a replacement charger on the spot for $20. I had thought I would need to leave this watch that I use daily for a lengthy repair. Instead I was in and out in 3 mins. I will definitely be back!

I live in the hood and came in with an annoying charging port problem on my phone. Michel was fantastic. Rather than try to sell me a costly repair he helped me diagnose a quick and easy fix. I wanted to pay him or buy something to say thanks, but he was so gracious and seemed genuinely happy to help for nothing. He knows I’ll be back and tell my friends! People like Michel are few and far between, he genuinely deserves a fantastic review.

I had an issue with my Pixel 5’s volume keys sticking, which resolved itself after a day it seemed, but I brought it in the next day anyways. The gentleman at the shop told me he could open up the phone and have a look inside. I came back a few hours later to great success. Apparently the interior plastic had been breaking down and pieces had lodged against the volume rocker. For a reasonable cost, the plastic was replaced and the phone was working again as it should be. Thanks again!
