I had cracked the screen on my ThinkPad P14s and found these guys online. Seemed reputable and gave them a shot and ordered a new screen from them.

Installed the screen on the laptop and honestly It’s more bright and clear than the original screen that came with the laptop. I had previously worked 5 years in commercial electronics repair which I’ve moved on from into engineering, but point being I’ve seen parts from a wide variety of suppliers and know what is good quality and what is bad.

I saw the brand of screen they had chosen, which I’m familiar with the supplier for quality parts as I had sourced from them previously. PSA Parts gets the thumbs up from me.

We have purchased phone and laptop batteries from Didier and Gavin for the past few years and they have ALWAYS been extremely helpful but yesterday was next level. We had an order that had for whatever reason been delayed, and when I expressed my concern Gavin didn’t bat an eyelid and simply advised he’d personally drive down and drop it off after work. This is really going above and beyond. I love working with businesses that share the same care and professionalism that i do in my business.
