I am genuinely shocked at just how good these guys were. I came in with my broken S20+ a few days ago, and they fixed it all up no problem. Andy was the guy who helped me, and made the whole process very straightforward. He is a credit to this company. I hope I don’t have to come back any time soon because I don’t want to break my phone again But..if I do, I know where I’m going! Thanks again Andy!
If I could give more than 5 Star I would. I have been with PTC for many years from Toowoomba to here in Cairns for all my iPhones and iPads over the years. To the point with all the accumulated points. I was recently entitled for a new screen cover for my iPhone Pro valued at $50. Thank you so much PTC and the absolute friendly staff at Cairns Central
i dropped my phone at pilates and smashed the screens really really bad. i didn’t know if it would work again but chloe from ptc reassured me that with a new screen my phone would be back to brand new and she was right! ill take all of my business here from now on! chloe and the ptc team are incredible
