I gave my Iphone to Joe to change the battery of Iphone 12 pro max. My mobile phone was working 7 hours on the old battery. I got my phone after 2 hours and came to know that my original Iphone screen has been damaged and my face ID has stopped working. Although he has not charged anything for the new screen. My Iphone has stopped showing battery health after that. I choose PTC because the price was reasonable and they had the battery readily available. After using my mobile for 1 week, it was working 7 hours and now after 3 weeks, it is only giving me 5 hours screen time. When I talked with their staff, they told me that if you change battery from any random mobile repairer, your mobile phone battery will last like this..
Moreover, my phone got powered off alot after changing the battery.

My old J8 Samsung was not charging anymore.The Tech guy at PTC did some test and told me most probably its the battery that needs changing and come back in 45mins for the battery change. When l came back he told me that the battery l bought online is not the right one. He did not charge me anything for the work he did. I really appreciate that. Others would have charged me 30 mins of labour. So thank you

The store is inviting, the gentlemen working today have smiles on their faces and are informative, everything is so clear and on display. It’s crazy how different it is!
