We purchased a custom built desktop pc last year, received excellent advice and service from the knowledgeable staff at that time. More recently we had mistakenly set up a storage option on the pc and couldn’t remove it. Luke was really helpful and managed to remove it. It took up a significant amount of his time, but he persisted until he resolved the issues, without charge. Would thoroughly recommend them both for their knowledge and excellent customer service.
I was looking to buy a new phone and was given lots of help in doing so. I was also advised that i could trade in my old phone for a discount so all set up with my new phone for a fraction of what I thought I would have to spend. Highly recommend!!
